ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped from Barcelona. For international customers, it’s important to note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as determined by the destination country. To ensure security, all international shipments are insured at their commercial value.
EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
If an item is received in defective or damaged condition, please contact us within two days of delivery at **capeloneestudi@gmail.com**, providing photo documentation of the issue.
